12 on the 12 April (Subtitle: I think I have lost my mind)

Before I start this blog, here is a shout out to a few birthday people. 

First, Happy Birthday to my Big Sister, Laura.  (I can't believe I am posting this photo, I don't like me in it, and of course, she looks good in any photo.)

And today is my nephew Dylans B-day.  Since I just posted a ton of photos of him when he got his eagle, I decided to post him all little and cute.  This photo was taken 7 years ago.  He is now 18, crazy how time flies.  (But I didn't finish this post so now it has already been a day, see time really does fly)

Okay, now on to my 12 on the 12.

 First off, let me introduce you to John's new baby.  I must admit, it is fun to drive.  We sold the durango.  It was really hard being a 1 car family for 11 people.  But we survived.  It is super nice, leather seats, back-up camera, navigation . . .

 Quick trip to the library

 This is why I subtitled "I think I have lost my mind.".  This city girl let her kids bring home 3 baby chicks from the 2nd graders class.  They hatched them and now we have them.  1 has already died.  So sad.  I have no idea what to do when they get bigger and can't be in a diaper box in my living room.  This is not an attractive photo of Mia, but she is strong willed and this was all I could get.  She is carrying a chick (still unnamed) over to Ellie to hold for her photos.

 Gotta love childhood.  A dirty face and shirt.  10 years ago, there is no way I would have taken my kids picture dirty, with dirty dishes in the background.  My children are either breaking me or I am growing up.

Chicken for dinner anyone?

 Note to self: I guess it is not nice to wake up from a nap on the floor with a chicken on your back. 

 Andy didn't like this, but I thought it was funny. 

 Ah.  Love his shirt that doubles as a napkin.  Pretty handy, don't cha think?
