So guess where I am spending my evenings this week? Okay, you'll never guess. Becca is in her Jr.High play, Willie Wonka Jr. I have been helping with hair and make-up. I am getting really good at putting squirrel whiskers, wrinkles, and orange cheeks. Anyway, back to the good part of the story. Becca has been working for months on this play. She is the oompa loompa #2. She is one of the main 5 oompa loompas. She has had a super fun time because 3 of the others are her best friends, Allie, Jessie, and Tristi. They have had some good times together. I am super happy that I have been able to help out so I could meet some of her friends and hang out with her. John went over on Fridays to help build the sets. This play has been a great experience. I haven't actually seen the play, since I have been backstage getting covered in orange paint and bobby pinnings.

After each child experiences a harsh life lesson, the Oompa Loompas enter the stage and sing their wonderfully self-righteous songs. They provide the most entertaining musical numbers in the show.

How fun! Love the pictures! They are such cute kids! Would have loved to see the play!
So much FUN! Maycie had so much fun with becca. She is sad that we moved...even farther away than Tooele. Maybe she can come and stay with us?? we are 2 blocks from our towns private beach! I must say right now it is bitter cold here. BUT, I hear the summer is completely worth living through the cold.
