Grandpa, when are you taking us rock climbing for real?

Sammy, Allie and Jessie Crosby came with us to Annie's basketball game on the 4th. They were playing in the edutainment center when a girl who worked there asked their ages, Becca told them and they kicked Sammy out for being 12. So they wandered around and were climbing on the climbing wall. When we were leaving, the workers came to let kids get hooked up to do it, so some of them wanted to do it. Here are some pictures in no particular order.





Cassie and Sammy were the first to brave the wall.






Sammy made it up to the "no bouldering above this line" line. Then she chickened out.




Becca and Cassie were next. Go girls go!!!

They did pretty good. The funny thing is that none of my kids had appropriate shoes. They had to borrow the crosby's shoes.

Here is chicken lane. Allie, Jessie, and Annie wouldn't even try.

James was wearing snow boots, so he had to wear girl shoes. They were too big even. HA ha. pretty funny. You can tell he has sisters, it was worth it to wear girl shoes if he got to climb. He didn't care.

Can you believe Annie got that high? Okay, so she is standing on the ground, but she is still super cute.

He is done and enjoying the view on the way down.

Cassie was the winner, she made it to the top!!! I am having trouble downloading videos, so I hope this works. I am missing one though, I hope it wasn't too cute.
