Weekend update - except it's not the weekend and I don't watch SNL anymore.

Well, I have skipped some things that I wanted to blog, so I thought I would just do a random update. First off. . . I know you have all been just waiting by the computer for an update on my finger.  Yesterday, I went to the Nordgrens house and Ryan took out my stitches.  I did that so I didn't have to wait at the instacare.  However, I chit chatted with Julie for an hour so I didn't save that much time. Needless to say, the kids survived but were unhappy with me. 

Here is what it looks like now.  Pretty good, huh?  It feels so much better now, only I forget and use it and that can hurt. 

Mia was so funny the other day, she got Minnie and was pretending to change her diaper and had its legs up and was saying "Ewwww, Nasty."  Oh, I love kids. 

Then she took all the wipes she used, but them in a neat little pile and started over again. 

Andy ate dinner with us on his birthday but I didn't have a cake since I wasn't expecting him, so we gave him a roll with a candle. 

We went with Grandma Hunt to the festival of the trees.  Super fun.

There were so many trees, I could be here all night putting our favorite ones on.

I guess I will call it a night, as I look through my pictures, I see how much I have left to blog. I will call it quits for tonight.  If I ever get to these pictures yeah for me, if I don't, you will have to flip though my scrapbooks in about 13 years to see the kids in the nutcracker and the zoo and the kids choir concerts. 



PS I just found a picture of the first pie I remember making. (The kids say I have made one, so if I have I have, I can't remember.  I'll just blame it on the brain damage. )It was a little sad.  I couldn't find a pie pan so I used a cake pan, but the kids ate it!!!
