Unbelievable- My Baby turned 12.

I am still in shock that I have a 12 year old. YoungWomens and everything. whoa. I am exited for her because she is growing up a sweet, wonderful person. I won't get all mushy and gushy on you so I will just show you photos of her day. She had a fun birthday. She went to work. (She stuffs packets for a couple in our ward). A bit after she came home, her friends started coming over. She invited Triniti, Allie, Jessie, McKenzie, Izzie, Maeli, and Iris. We hurried and opened gifts so we could head off to get her ears pierced and watch a movie.

She wanted them pierced at Claires really super bad.  Ever since she saw her cousin, Sarah get holes, that is where she wanted to go.  We go traipsing in and low and behold the lady that does it just left for the bank on the east side.  So we wandered the mall while we were waiting.  The boys were pretty bored going into all the fancy dress stores, but they survived.
Finally she came back so we were able to get them pierced there afterall.

Here is the before pic.  You have to laugh at James beside her, but outside the window, trying to get ito the photo.

This was everyone that went.  What a crew I was following around the mall.  It was funny when people would stop me to try and sell me stuff.  There was no way I could get all these kids to stop.

She was pretty darn scared, holding on to whoever was closest.  AHHHHHHH

CHEESE

She kept flinching when the girl was cleaning her ear and drawing the dots.

Getting Ready 1,2,3

OUCH

They finished.  Pain is now setting in.

She was a little dazed about what had happened.

All in all she was happy.

After Claires, we went to watch a movie.  When I made the invitations, I checked for the times of Cloudy with a chance of Meatballs.   When we got to the theater, they had taken that movie away because 2012 was doing so well, they wanted another theater.  Boo hoo.  So we saw A Chistmas Carol.  It wasn't my favorite movie, but it was pretty good.  At times is was very realistic.  The teenagers even had zits.  Too funny.

The boys at the theater

Annie sat with me.

Jessie and Triniti sat above us.

McKenzie, Izzie, Cassie, and Allie

Maeli, Becca, and Iris

And the boys sat in the front.

After the movie, we dropped everyone off and we took off for Golden Corral with John's family.  I will post that later. Thanks for reading.

You are a saint! I won't even go to the mall with more than 1 child let alone a whole crew.

Izzie had a great time! Thanks for inviting her.
