Last night our power went out. The family just finished our all time favorite t.v. show (the families, not mine, my fav is Mad about you) AMAZING RACE. We just love that. It was a very exciting one, too. We were sending the awake kids to bed when our power went out. It was very fun for the kids to get to use flashlights but we still made them go to bed. Then John and I just sat there, like what now. So we played cards by lantern light. We played blackjack and bet choco chips. (I won whoo whoo). Then I won him in a few hands of kings corners( I had a very good night, I should have gone to vegas) then sat outside for a while. Then went to sleep. It was just so boring with nothing to do. I love my electricity. Before I turned in for the night, being the dork that I am, took pics of my kids. The only thing is that when I get around to scrapbooking them in about 3 years, I won't remember why I took pics of my kids sleeping. Maybe I will have to turn this blog into a book.

Here are the boys, I know, you can't even see them. But they are there. (don't laugh at their bedding. Nowhere sells BYU quilts and that is what their room is decorated in. I have to get up the energy to make one or settle for a plain blue one. Maybe Gina will feel bad for me and make me something wonderful!! wishful thinking.
Annie slept with Cassie because she was scared. Sweet sisters.
I took this pic of Becca first and she popped up, "I was almost asleep, why are you taking pictures? Take another one because I looked bad."
Here is her pose for the second picture. She is the definition of a first born.
Here is sweet Mia who didn't even know anything happened. But she is still fun to take pictures of.

Here is John playing cards with me. Such fun.

Aw, we love it when the electricity goes out! Although it really stinks in the middle of winter when you only have electric heat. Not such a good thing. lol
And it does my heart good to see beds that look like ours. What is it with kids and top sheets???
