You just have to love kids.

Kids are just too fun. A lot of work, but well worth it.

Last summer, the kids played a game with the play kitchen. They put it under the apple tree and played house and restaurant and all sorts of stuff. This winter, they have had to do it inside. So I noticed the kitchen and bucket of stuff was missing, but I assumed it was in a bedroom. Last night, it clicked that is wasn't in a bedroom, I hadn't seen it for a while. I went looking under the apple tree at 9 pm and voila - - - the kitchen with an open bin with all the kitchen stuff in it. Only the bad thing was that it had rained and was slushing. So I had a big mess. This picture shows all the kitchen stuff I had to clean. Granted it wasn't as bad as when my mom had to clean kid puke out of it when she was taking care of us after my heart surgery, but it still wasn't how I wanted to spend my sunday night.

My little leprichan. (Sorry I can't spell) This is how he went to school. He is super big into vests. We call him our little professor. Then he wore the gigantic soccer socks and came home with this super cute hat. I know, way to cute.

I was painting my basement. The kids were helping me put the room back together. James was swinging a paint can and it spilled. I told them to grab me something, they came back with 5 paper towels and a bath towel. I was like, what am I supposed to do with this? Pretty funny, but oh well, I didn't like that carpet anyway.
p.s. we got most of it out with just paper towels and water. Se la ve. Life goes on.

Jason had his first tragedy of spring, he was running through miss margenes parking lot after Annies dance class and he biffed it. We had to go back in and clean him up a bit. He had black yuck all over. It hurt bad. He proceeded to scream the whole way home, that hurt bad too, my ears that is.

The kids were supposed to be helping to clean the bus out. They ended up playing and Annie had my camera. I love it when kids get a hold of the camera. Way better pictures then I could have done. This was a cool pic of cassie's reflection. Yes, I know, the outside needs to be cleaned also.

Their pictures all so honest. Here is what the floor of my bus looked like, can you tell why I needed it cleaned out?

James was doing I don't know what. We just don't ask.

Mia was trying to go outside. Becca told her to get shoes on first, it was cold. So she did, she went to the shoe basket and got my shoes and attempted to put them on, then she just went over to the door (don't look too close, it really needs to be painted) and watched. It is just me, or is she freaking adorable.

She was ready to go.
